Way back in September 2014 the Martinsons and Gordons came to visit Austin. We met them in Virginia during our law school years and they became like family to us. We have been through think and thin with these people and we love them. Nic and Anabel moved to San Antonio a few years back, so it's been fun to live closer to them. Now, we just need to get Amy and Dillion to move here and we will be set. It was fun to all be together for a week and the time cruised. The kids were in heaven with all their buddies, and we didn't want them to go home.

Live music and yummy food at Central Market. The kids were pretty cute dancing to all the songs on a perfect Summer night.
The next day we met up with family at Salt Lick before most of the adults headed for the BYU vs. UT Football Game. We loved seeing family and Brett especially enjoyed having his girls wear orange and not BYU attire. ;)
I never thought my husband would go all Texan…but here you have it…and now he wants a truck too.
While the men were at the big BYU vs UT game, we made cookies and painted nails at home…it was a wild party. I think the kids had a good time.
