Happy 1st Birthday Abby!

Just one year ago today, we were at the hospital anxiously awaiting the arrival of Abby. When we saw her for the first time, we could not believe that beautiful little girl was ours. She has been such a blessing in our lives. There are so many things we love about Abby, and here is a list of just few of the many highlights of this year...

* Abby is a smiler. We saw some of her first smiles right from when she was a few weeks old. We love to hear her giggle.
* She is a people person. She will say 'hi' to everyone, whether it's friends or strangers at the grocery store. The first word she could say clearly and know what it meant was 'hi'.
* One of her favorite things to do is webcam with family, she gets so excited and waves at the computer.
* She loves to explore! There is always something that Abby wants to investigate. She especially loves to explore outside.
* Abby is also a very active baby. She particularly loves climbing things, especially stairs. She will spot stairs from anywhere and start pointing at them because she wants to climb. She will climb up and down them for hours if you will let her.
* Kisses are Abby's specialty. She gives lots of kisses, but usually it is more of a lick. We love wet Abby kisses.
* A few nicknames she has gained this year: 'Bug', 'Baby Bjorn', and 'Abby Spice'
* A favorite food: Bread



We love you Abigail! We love seeing your beautiful smile every day. Your happiness is contagious. You are such a great blessing to have in our lives.
