Last month Spencer and Nadine had a 4- hour layover in DC on their way to England. We were excited to be able to steal them for a few hours while they waited for the next flight. The girls were in sheer heaven to have them visit and we heard many giggles in the back seat of the car as we toured around town. Kate wouldn't stop cuddling Nadine, it was really sweet. We were able to see the Air and Space Museum and enjoyed a picnic at Frying Pan Farm. Hopefully we didn't scare them off so they will want to visit again. We LOVE them and were so glad they stopped by. I just wish we could have continued with them on their journey. ;) The girls keep asking when they will return again so we hope it's soon.
