Bryce Canyon 2019

Summer 2019 was our adventure through a few of Utah's State Parks.  Not sure if it's the fact that we live on flatland in Texas, but the rocks and mountains seemed extra majestic as we weaved through the carved rock.  Mason almost gave us a heart attack as he wanted to whip through the trail at rapid speed, slipping on the gravel and nearly sending himself off the cliff.  There was one particular time he decided to climb up a rock, right next to a narrow stretch of the trail.  Just as I warned him to stop, he slipped and fell off, landing right on the edge of a rack drop. Phew.  This kid keeps our hearts racing. He has no fear and loves adventure.  We had another mishap along the trail that necessitated a large amount of baby wipes, but we will leave it at that.  These little bumps in the road are normal in parenthood and we just took care of it and carried on.  We soaked up every second of the incredible views until the sun set over the horizon.
